Zakharova reminded of Russia's right to an asymmetric response to threats
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova at a briefing referred to paragraph 26 of the Foreign Policy Concept, which allows for symmetric and asymmetric measures against countries threatening the sovereignty of the Russian Federation. The comment came in connection with a statement by Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu about the recruitment of people in Poland and the Baltic states.
