Yevgeny Khen, head of product development at Fabrika Yedy (Food Factory), told Gazeta.Ru how to safely store and reheat ready-made meals: do not keep them outside the refrigerator for more than two hours, maintain a temperature no higher than +4 °C, and reheat only the portion you intend to eat.
