Police in Ryazan have identified a 17-year-old teenager who filmed the aftermath of a massive drone raid on the night of November 5 on his phone and posted the footage online, from where it was spread by Ukrainian resources. The young man admitted his guilt; both he and his parents are planned to be held liable.
