Head of the Presidential Council for Human Rights Fadeev: Criticism of Russia 'Will Not Be Counted' for Relocated Individuals Who Left
Valeriy Fadeev, Head of the Presidential Council for Human Rights in Russia, stated that public opposition to Russia does not protect relocated Russians from discrimination abroad. He emphasized that being Russian will still lead to punishment regardless of past criticism. Fadeev also expressed confidence in Russia's victory, warning that a hypothetical defeat would negatively affect everyone, including those who opposed the country. Earlier, the State Duma reported that approximately 70% of Russians who left after the start of the SVO have already returned, citing reasons such as financial struggles, bureaucracy, daily inconveniences, and security issues.
