Russia extended fertilizer export quotas until May 31, 2027, keeping exemptions for the EAEU
The Russian government is reducing the export quota from 20 to 18.8 million tonnes from December 1 and extending the restrictions until the end of May 2027. Supplies to EAEU countries, including Uzbekistan, are not covered by the quotas, nor are humanitarian deliveries and transit.
