Expedia names the destinations of the year for 2027: South Lake Tahoe tops the list, with only two places in Europe

Expedia published its Unpack '27 trends report and named 10 destinations of the year for 2027. First place went to the resort of South Lake Tahoe in California, with search queries up 195%. The list includes destinations from North and South America, Asia and Australasia; from Europe, only Perugia (Italy) and Chichester (UK) made the cut.
