Uzbekistan proposes keeping an electronic record of mass event rule violators from 2027
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has drafted a resolution providing for an electronic record of persons who violate mass event rules, a ban on alcohol sales within a 500-meter radius of venues, the use of drones for crowd control, and ticket sales only in electronic format. The discussion will run until November 20.
