Power supply restored in the Kstovo district of Nizhny Novgorod Region after a UAV attack
Electricity supply in the Kstovo district has been fully restored after the drone attack. Heating and hot water are still being normalized in Kstovo; the remaining work is planned to be completed by the end of November 1.
