European prosecutors receive case on alleged corruption at the EU EESC
The European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) has received materials from the EU anti-fraud agency OLAF regarding alleged abuses at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC). The case concerns the committee's Secretary-General Isabel Le Galo Flores, who is accused of manipulation in public procurement. She herself declined to comment, and EPPO does not confirm cases.
