Shavkat Mirziyoyev ordered to accelerate providing residents of Kashkadarya region with clean drinking water
At a meeting on the comprehensive development of Kashkadarya region, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev ordered that within two months the construction of 747 km of water supply and sewerage networks and 43 infrastructure facilities be completed using 1 trillion soums, which will provide drinking water to 200 thousand residents. Also, 100 billion soums have been allocated for a water pipeline from the Gissarak reservoir, and the task has been set to attract $210 million and $150 million for other water supply projects.
