Israel counts about 6% of 'envelope' ballots: the Knesset lineup may change
In Israel, 29,253 'double envelope' ballots out of nearly 500,000 have been processed — about 6% of the total. The Central Elections Committee expects to complete the count by evening. After the processing of regular ballots, Benjamin Netanyahu's bloc holds 53 seats, Gadi Eisenkot's opposition holds 48, and the Arab parties hold 19, with neither bloc reaching the majority of 61 seats out of 120.
