Dubai approves development plan for 48 urban centers with projected 20 billion dirham increase in property value
The Dubai Executive Council, chaired by Sheikh Hamdan, approved three key policies: the Urban Centers Development Plan, the Sustainable Demographic Planning Policy, and the Digital Power of Attorney System. The Urban Centers Development Plan covers six main and 42 auxiliary centers, aiming to increase property values in targeted areas by 20 billion dirhams by 2040.
