DIFC regulator fines ex-finance professional Gary Joseph Peters $210,000 for false information
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has fined Gary Joseph Peters $210,000 (Dh771,330) for false and misleading information and for failing to provide documents. He has been banned from holding positions at DFSA-licensed companies. His appeal to the Financial Markets Tribunal was dismissed.
