Ukraine prepares new inspections of students over 25 due to mobilization deferments
Ukraine's State Service for Education Quality is preparing inspections of universities and colleges where men over 25 study: their number has grown from 30,000 to 217,770. The agency suspects fictitious enrollment aimed at obtaining a mobilization deferment. A repeat analysis is scheduled for January 2027.
