Ukraine to allocate up to €1 billion from EU loan to joint defence projects
Kyiv plans to transfer up to €1 billion from the Ukraine Support Loan into the joint production programme with the EU, increasing funding for the Ukraine Support Instrument more than fourfold. The European Commission is preparing a defence industrial pact, which EU ambassadors will discuss for the first time on Wednesday.
