Dropbox acquires Tigris Data for $350 million and launches DBX Agent Cloud
Dropbox has announced the largest deal in its history — the acquisition of cloud storage company Tigris Data for $350 million — and introduced the DBX Agent Cloud platform for companies building AI agents. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
