Iraq sentences three more French ISIS supporters to life imprisonment
The Karkh Criminal Court in Baghdad sentenced three French nationals to life imprisonment for membership in ISIS. Including Tuesday's verdicts, the total number of French nationals convicted over the week has reached 10 out of 47 transferred to Iraq in July 2025 from north-eastern Syria.
