Putin says external forces are trying to divide Russian society
At a meeting of the Council for Interethnic Relations on November 3, Vladimir Putin stated that attempts to divide Russian society 'have always existed' throughout the country's thousand-year history, and called for timely identification of the risks of interethnic conflicts.
