Project 'Second Chance': Over 300 Young Convicts Mastered English and Computer Literacy
In Uzbekistan, the initial outcomes of the national project 'Ikkinchi imkon' ('Second Chance'), launched on the president's initiative, have been summarized. Over five months, 311 convicted individuals in 11 institutions completed English language and computer literacy courses; 88.6% passed the final English exam and 79.5% passed the computer literacy assessment.
