Ministry of Transport proposes exempting buses from the recycling fee until the end of 2027 and extending commuter train benefits
The draft strategy for the development of passenger transport up to 2030 provides for a zero recycling fee on Class III, category M3 buses with Euro-5, free commuter train rides for long-distance rail passengers, bike-sharing at stops and separate queues at gas filling stations.
