North Korea conducted a test of a cluster warhead for a tactical ballistic missile. According to KCNA, the October 31 test was overseen by General Kim Jong Sik, and the missile systems institutes claimed the destruction of an area of 12–13 hectares with 'ultra-high density.' Pyongyang plans to deliver all four types of cluster warheads to military units by the end of the year.
