Boeing Receives Certification for the Largest Model, 737 MAX 10
Boeing has completed the multi-year certification process for the 737 MAX 10 — the largest model in the 737 MAX family. According to Reuters, the company had been pursuing this since the early 2020s, and the timeline for bringing the airliner to market was repeatedly postponed. According to estimates by the analytical firm IBA, airlines have placed more than 1,550 orders for the MAX 10, which accounts for 31% of Boeing's unfilled order backlog for the 737 family.
