Pollock catch in Russia exceeded 2 million tonnes and set a new record
By the beginning of November, pollock harvest in Russia reached more than 2 million tonnes — 3.1% above last year's record. The Pollock Catchers Association expects the catch for 2026 to total about 2.2 million tonnes. At the same time, in the main fishing area — the Sea of Okhotsk — harvest declined, while growth was provided by other subzones.
