Rosfinmonitoring told Putin about the universalization of shadow financial platforms
The head of Rosfinmonitoring Yuri Chikhanchin, at a meeting with Vladimir Putin, said that shadow platforms in Russia have stopped specializing in individual operations and are acquiring a network character: a single scheme may involve up to a dozen or more financial organizations whose affiliations are difficult to identify.
