From November 1, private cameras in Uzbekistan will start recording unbuckled drivers
Cabinet of Ministers resolution No. 596 of October 29, 2026 allows entrepreneurs, starting November 1, to record seat belt violations with cameras. Technical requirements for such systems have been established: high-quality images showing the driver's face, data transmission to the 'Administrative Practice' module, and an 8-hour backup power supply.
