French citizens set a 20-year record for sole proprietorship registrations in Russia
Since the beginning of 2026, French citizens have opened 55 sole proprietorships in Russia — more than in any full year of the past two decades. More than half of the registrations were in Moscow, with supplementary education the most popular field.
