Russia's Ministry of Defense reported strikes on bulk carriers carrying cargo for the Ukrainian Armed Forces off the coast of Odesa
According to Russia's Ministry of Defense, on October 30 and 31 drones struck two bulk carriers in the Black Sea south of Odesa that were carrying military cargo for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. A similar strike on October 27 had been reported earlier.
