Paris department store BHV Marais receives court protection from creditors
The Paris court has opened a financial recovery procedure for SEGM BHV, the company managing the historic BHV Marais department store. The store will continue operating, and 700 employees will keep their jobs, but the dispute with building owner Brookfield remains unresolved.
