Ukraine raised $16.8 billion in borrowings in the first nine months of 2026
Ukraine's Finance Ministry published data on state borrowings for January — September 2026: 764.3 billion hryvnias (about $16.8 billion), most of which were external loans from the World Bank, the EU and the IMF. As of September 30, the state debt reached $212.61 billion.
