Kursk region to receive another 1.5 billion rubles for housing certificates
The Government of Russia approved additional funding for housing certificates for residents of the border areas of the Kursk region. Governor Alexander Khinshtein said that with the new funds the region will issue 204 certificates; in total, 16,556 certificates worth more than 104 billion rubles have already been issued.
