Democrat Richard Blumenthal announced plans to introduce a bill providing for the reinstatement of sanctions against Russia, the cancellation of the 'diesel deal,' and military aid to Kyiv. He also proposed that Congress take control of Starlink and search for new negotiators on Ukraine.
