On the morning of October 30, another large-scale power supply failure occurred in Dnipro: trams, trolleybuses and the metro stopped. Mayor Borys Filatov said that power engineers had worked all night, but the system cannot withstand the load, and urged residents to stay at home where possible and keep a supply of water.
