A vacation at the Panorama hotel in Kislovodsk ended for a family with a 10-year-old daughter with a diagnosis of allergic contact dermatitis. Rospotrebnadzor issued a warning to the hotel owner; the tourists say their pre-trial claim went unanswered and they are preparing for court.
