A 68-year-old Moscow resident died when a boat capsized on the Bakhtemir River near Astrakhan
On November 6, an inflatable motorboat carrying a father and son from Moscow capsized on the Bakhtemir River near the village of Vakhrameyevo. The 68-year-old boat operator died, while his 45-year-old son reached the shore on his own. The Southern Transport Prosecutor's Office has organized an inspection.
