District of Columbia and Virginia file joint lawsuit against Trump's triumphal arch construction
The authorities of the District of Columbia and the state of Virginia have gone to federal court demanding a halt to the construction of a 76-meter triumphal arch near Arlington National Cemetery. The plaintiffs consider the project unlawful, while the White House denies any violations. Earlier, Vietnam veterans and heritage advocates had already spoken out against the arch.
