Apple launches trial access to Apple Intelligence in China after a two-year delay
Apple has begun a trial rollout of Apple Intelligence AI features for Chinese users — first for developers, with access opening to everyone in December. The launch became possible after regulatory approval in July and a partnership with Alibaba (Qwen). According to Omdia, more than 110 million iPhones in China support the features.
