Saudi Arabia-led coalition air defense shot down a Houthi ballistic missile flying toward Riyadh
Turki al-Malki, spokesman for the Saudi Arabia-led coalition, said that air defense systems intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile of the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement launched toward Riyadh. This came amid a series of Houthi attacks in recent days: strikes on King Khalid International Airport, missile debris falling near Mecca and Medina, and an attack on military facilities in Aden.
