Mirziyoyev proposed an OTS 'plus' format with third countries; Tokayev — considering Russia's accession
At the summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Ankara on October 30, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed launching cooperation with third countries in an 'OTS plus' format, starting with meetings of sectoral ministers. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev earlier proposed considering Russia's accession to the organization or its participation as an observer.
