Moscow City Court upholds denial of Borodin's lawsuit against Pugacheva
The appeal by FPBK head Vitaly Borodin has been rejected: the Moscow City Court upheld the ruling of the Presnensky District Court, which in June 2026 fully denied his lawsuit against Alla Pugacheva over the protection of honor and dignity and the claim for 5 million rubles.
