A 36-year-old Russian citizen caused a scandal aboard flight HY-552 Kuala Lumpur — Tashkent on 5 November 2026 after being refused alcohol, and after landing failed to obey police and threw his hand luggage off the boarding stairs. The Sergeli District Court sentenced him to 7 days of arrest and a fine of 440,000 soums.
