The AirAdvisor service has compiled a ranking of 22 European airlines by how they handle compensation claims for flight delays. TAP Air Portugal came out on top, while Romania's TAROM was the worst. The ranking is based on 68,283 claims filed between January and June 2026.
Otabek YusupovAnalytics company AirAdvisor published a ranking of the ten most 'mind-blowing' premium experiences on airlines as of September 2026. First place went to the three-room The Residence apartments from Etihad Airways (98/100), second to the Emirates shower spa on board the A380 (91/100), third to SWISS's First Grand Suite (88/100). The ranking excluded private aviation, cancelled and not-yet-launched services, as well as standard offerings like business lounges.
