French Economy Minister: without budget consolidation the country will 'hit a wall'
Roland Lescure said France needs a budget to return to growth and reassure investors. The economy has been stagnant for the third consecutive quarter; the government has Article 49.3 and ordinances in reserve. The scale of damage to businesses from the riots was also revealed.
