Survey on Russians' Autumn State

According to their data, 47% of Russian residents admitted they want to sleep more in autumn. 37% of participants reported an increased need for rest, 34.6% suffer from reduced energy, and about another third of respondents said they want to spend more time at home.

Causes of Low Energy

According to experts, 43% of Russians note a deterioration in their well-being in autumn, yet only 14% monitor their health and physical indicators. The researchers named the shortening of daylight hours as the main cause of emotional and physical decline: 37% of Russians feel a lack of sunlight. 31% notice they spend less time outdoors, and every fifth respondent reported a lack of new experiences, which also leads to the blues and a lower mood.

How People Cope with the Condition

At the same time, a fifth of respondents admitted they miss the moment, which leads to overwork and health problems; 25% recognize the need for rest only when severely tired, 30% make that decision in time, and only 24% resort to burnout prevention.

Water and Vitamins

30% of Russians believe they drink enough water but do not specifically track it, 29% try to follow a drinking regimen, 25% drink mainly when thirsty, and 17% often forget to drink. More than 80% of respondents use drinks to replenish vitamins and minerals. A drink with added functionality is chosen when people want to relax and recover (19%), maintain concentration and energy (17%), get extra vitamins and minerals (16%), refresh themselves (15%), or restore strength after physical activity (14%).
