Two killed as a result of drone attacks
The regional operational headquarters of Belgorod Region reported the deaths of two civilians as a result of drone attacks, reports Life.ru. The first incident occurred on the night of November 7 in Belgorod: a UAV attacked an apartment building, and a man was killed. His identity was established only after a forensic examination. The second victim was a resident of the village of Nizhnyaya Serebryanka in the Rovenky district, who sustained severe injuries in a drone attack on October 31. Medics fought for his life, but could not save the victim. The authorities expressed condolences to the relatives and loved ones of both victims. Gazeta.Ru cites the same figures of two dead, also with reference to the regional operational headquarters.
Damage across the region's districts
According to the operational headquarters, drone attacks caused damage in several districts of the region. In the Grayvoron district, in Grayvoron itself, a private house and a garage were damaged; in the village of Golovchino, a garage and an outbuilding; in Novostroyevka-Pervaya, the roof, windows, facade and fence of a residential house; and in Khotmyzhsk, a passenger car. In the Shebekino district, a car caught fire in the village of Rzhevka after a drone attack, and in Shebekino itself five passenger cars were damaged by FPV drone strikes. In the village of Kazinka in the Valuyki district, the detonation of a UAV damaged a private house, a garage, an outbuilding and a power line. In the settlement of Malinovka in the Belgorod district, the roof and glazing of a residential house were damaged, and in the village of Zozuly in the Borisovka district, a private house and a car.
Discrepancies between the outlets' figures
Gazeta.Ru gives different figures in some details: according to its information, six cars were damaged in Shebekino and the district, and two houses each in the settlement of Malinovka and the village of Zozuly. Life.ru, meanwhile, wrote about five damaged cars in Shebekino itself and a separate car burned in Rzhevka, and in Malinovka about damage to the roof and glazing of one residential house. Thus, the final figures on the number of damaged objects differ between the publications; both versions cite the regional operational headquarters. Earlier, Life.ru reported, citing the same headquarters, that on November 7 in Grayvoron a man died after an FPV drone attacked a private house: he sustained severe injuries and died on the spot; the roofs and windows of the residential house and an outbuilding were also damaged.
