In photographs circulated as footage from the detention scene, the man is dressed in a Polish-pattern camouflage uniform and a helmet, with a weapon lying next to him that outwardly resembles a self-loading rifle of the AR-15/M4 family, with an optical sight, a detachable magazine and an extended handguard.
