How the case began

Kristina Lexi was detained in Moscow in the spring after actor Vitaly Gogunsky filed a complaint. He stated that she posted a video from a party, where she was in her underwear, without his consent, which led to him facing criticism, and that she also sold adult content to minors in her private channel. At the same time, as Gazeta.Ru notes, Gogunsky and Lexi were repeatedly seen together at social events.
