Other accidents involving pedestrians
Gazeta.Ru also recalls two recent incidents. In Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Krai, a foreign-made car plowed into pedestrians during a serious crash: a street camera captured the car being thrown at speed into people by the impact and then onto the roadway, where it overturned; pedestrians were flung several meters by the collision. As a result, an 18-year-old victim was hospitalized, and the second pedestrian received aid at the scene. It was previously reported that a drifter jumped the curb toward pedestrians and was caught on video.
