Special Representative of the President of Russia Kirill Dmitriev saidthat Vladimir Putin personally ordered that the agreements on a ceasefire in Alyoshki, Kherson region, be honored. The statement was made at an event at the White House organized by US First Lady Melania Trump, the start of which was previously reported by Life.ru.
