Daily situation report for Kursk Region

Kursk Region Governor Alexander Khinshtein said on Max, that over the past day — from 9:00 a.m. on November 4 to 9:00 a.m. on November 5 — 189 drones of various types were shot down over the region. According to him, during the same period the enemy used artillery 63 times against evacuated areas and attacked the region 16 times with drones carrying explosive devices.

Consequences of the attacks

Khinshtein recalled that as a result of the attacks, a 69-year-old man was wounded in Sudzha. In Zheleznogorsk, the roof of a warehouse caught fire over an area of 600 square meters; the fire was extinguished.

In Bryansk Region, over the past day, 20 drones were intercepted; according to Gazeta.Ru, Governor Yegor Kovalchuk did not specify whether there were any damages or casualties. Earlier it was reported that overnight, air defenses destroyed 48 drones over Voronezh Region, with no casualties reported according to preliminary information.
