Auction results

On November 3, on the E-auksion platform the auction concluded for the household waste transfer station in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent, reports Spot.uz. The only bid was placed by Abdurauf Stroy, which offered 79.88 billion soums — 1% above the starting price. The signing of the contract is now awaited.

What is being sold and on what terms

The facility was put up for sale in April 2026 under the privatization program. The station, owned by the state institution Makhustrans, is located in the Kukhna Mevazor mahalla near the three-level interchange of Parkent Street — Temur Malik — Makhtumkuli (the former Tashkent Aircraft Plant intersection). It occupies a 1.4-hectare plot and includes several buildings and structures with a total area of 1,072 square meters; utilities include water supply, sewage, and electricity.

Valuation and buyer

The State Assets Management Agency valued the facility at 79.09 billion soums. The buyer will receive the facility within two years after signing the contract, on the condition of developing the plot in accordance with urban planning standards. According to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, Abdurauf Stroy was established in April 2018 in Tashkent and is engaged in the construction of residential buildings; the sole founder of the company, with a charter fund of 1.289 billion soums, is Sayfullo Abdullajon ugli Kayumov.

Context

The sale of the waste transfer station means that the facility has been removed from state ownership under the privatization program, and its further use will be determined by the development of the plot. Until the contract is signed, the final transfer of the facility remains the next step. Earlier, Spot reported that in the area of the Kuylyuk market, hostel buildings were put up for sale due to debts — these deals are not related to each other, but they reflect a series of sell-offs of state assets and property in Tashkent.
